🛍 Exchange Policy:
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Tags must be intact.
Exchange is only possible for size or item change — no cash refunds.
🚚 Return Process:
To initiate an exchange:

Contact our support team via Instagram or email (dropteez75@gmail.com).
Mention your order number and the reason for exchange.
Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items:

Sale items
Customized products
Items with signs of wear or damage
📦 Return Shipping Charges:
Return courier charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product sent was faulty or incorrect.
